Size and location

Cold - no radiators worked and relied on air con to warm up a large property. It’s dated upstairs and bathroom shower door opens inwards making it very difficult to get in and out. It’s very expensive for what we got.

An enjoyable stay! Attentive staff!

Love the location. Very convenient. Very spacious. Attentive in resolving issue.

Stairs need to be lighted more. Bathroom temperature control stuck on extremely high heat that used up hot water on the first night. Shower door downstairs does not shut so water leaks out. Upstairs right bedroom doorknob fell off first time turned. Bedroom AC is stuck on 25C Flooring near dining room table is not even.

After adjustment and repair it could be a nice apartment to stay

Apartment was very spacious and good in size. Two floors made it private.

Property need some TLC and there was problem in showers, the thermostat was not working properly and water temperature adjustment was not possible.

Nothing really to complaint about. It would be nice to have a baby high-chair available. The upper level bathroom needs a bit of attention.

Appartement spacieux ,conforme aux photos.Très bien situé dans une rue commerçante avec de très bonnes boutiques et à proximité du métro et des sites à visiter.Situé dans un ancien immeuble tous des logements pour touristes.

Fête au dessus de notre appartement le premier soir donc nuit blanche.Le logement est mal isolé on entend les voisins marchaient Au dessus et les bruits de la rue.L’eau des salles de bain est bouillante et non réglable.Le chauffage est un climatiseur réversible et ne chauffe pas tout le logement.

- تعامل الموظفين. - تم إدخالنا إلى الشقة مبكراً ( الساعة 12 ظهراً). - ديكور الشقة. - نظافة الشقة. - غسالة ملابس. - المطبخ متكامل. - نظافة دوارت المياه. - موقع الشقة رائع, يوجد تحت الشقه مطاعم ومحلات جميله, بالأصح شارع للتمشي ويوجد به ماركات عالمية.

- مدخل العمارة (عند المرر تشاهد مطبخ المطاعم من الخلف الذين يطهون الطعام مما يسبب وصول الراحة إلى الشقة) وأيضاً الممر مخيف في الليل . - لا يوجد مصعد, الشقة في الطابق الثاني (درج ملتوي) مخيف ومتعب للبعض وكبار السن. - غرفة واحدة يوجده فيها دولاب ملابس, والأخرى لا يوجد. - داخل الغرف لا يوجد دورة مياه خاصة. - الأسرة غير مريحة. - لا يوجد عزل. - عدم القدرة على النوم بسبب إزعاج الشارع. - غرفتين تحت والغرف المتبقية في الطابق العلوي. - درج الطابق العلوي صغير جد وخطر للأطفال أو كبار السن لا يمكن حمل أو سحب شنطة سفر (كبيرة). - إضاءة الصالة خافته جداً. - جميع الغرف مكيفه ماعادا غرفة واحدة فقط. - حمامين فقط, حمام الشاور فق الطابق الأول صغيررررررر جداً. - مغسلة اليد في الجمام صغيره جداً.

Muy regular y nada de chic más bien engaño !

Es espacioso , y situado en una calle muy comerciante , con tiendas de alimentación y de ropa y restaurantes . El 7eme está al lado y el campo de Marte y tour eiffel a menos de 30 minutos

Está situado en un edificio sin mantenimiento y con acceso muy sucio , en un segundo piso sin elevado . Nada más 2 baños para 5 habitaciones y bastantes malos , grifería mala en el baño de arriba , para entrar en la ducha del primer piso la puerta ocupaba todo el espacio para entrar y salir había que pegarse al muro !!!, y muy regular el aseo , tapetes sucios, iluminación. Muy deficiente .. pues nada de lujoso ni chic .. nos sentimos engañados
