The listing has only photos that make the apartment look completely new and renovated however the floors creak so badly they wake up the house if anyone needs to go to the bathroom upstairs which only has an open tub and handle so you can’t shower which means 5 bedrooms must share the shower downstairs. The shower opens in so it’s impossible to get in and out of and the temperature is managed upstairs on the water heater and not the actual knob in the shower…the windows are extremely old and all sound passed through especially on weekends when the corner bar has aperitivo and loud music until 2:30am atleast for our Saturday night it was this way…everything very clean but super old and degrading (unlike the photos would have you believe). The beds were absolutely fantastic which was nice and the location is perfect but the rest make the apartment not livable and we won’t return which is a shame.
