Parisian Elegance Wood near Bastille and Marais

Sophie is a great host, and gives clear instructions for everything. We’ve chosen this apartment for our honeymoon in Paris. Value for money is 10/10! Regarding the complaints from other reviewes, we did not see it honestly. Yes, it is ground floor, but the apartment is looking towards the yard so it’s not loud. The apartment is renovated, the bathroom as well and it’s big enough for two people. Maybe not big enough if you’re both over 2 meters tall and 120kg weight. Overall, very good value for money, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, towels, are all waiting for you and you need 30 minutes max by metro to all the major monuments (including the walk to and from the station).

Maybe the pillow could be more comfortable and sofa deep cleaned, but we did not mind about that. We were walking 15-20km a day for 6 days so we could fall asleep on a rock.

Bylo tam málo úložného prostoru pro oblečení, pouze pár ramínek na věšáku. Ubytování bylo čisté, ale bylo zde vidět, že už je ubytování lehce opotřebované.

Great location. Once I understood all the instructions on how to access the apartment it was relatively easy to get in and out. Good security. I always felt safe. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was small but quite adequate for one person. The sofa was stained and I felt it was too dirty to sit on. Also the round carpet in the middle of the room was so dirty that I stored it under the sofa. I could have used another blanket and perhaps some dish towels.
