For me the location was perfect. I had to follow some training that was close by. It is also near Bastille, a very busy place with good Metro connections to all locations in Paris.

O conforto da cama no quarto principal, casa quente e a localização.
As toalhas e lençóis da cama situada na sala, tinham cabelos, não estavam dobrados, o edredão estava "usado", a porta da rua não tem estore, logo entra luz sempre. Anfitriã demorou a responder às mensagens quando não havia indicação de lençóis. Para o valor cobrado podia ser bem melhor.
