Has a parking space and a good kitchen, if you need it. The communication with the host is good.
The parking space is really small, we have a Mercedes gla and barely fitted, if you car is bigger there’s no chance of getting in the space. The room smells old and musty, there’s only one window in the bathroom, no air conditioning to redeem this problem, only an old loud dehumidifier. Cleaning could also be done better? There’s spiders everywhere even in the kitchen. It doesn’t feel clean.
