Cozy, well-equipped apartment with a lovely courtyard

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment—it felt like home for our whole family. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail: from kitchen essentials (pans, pots, cups, glasses, coffee, salt, sugar) to laundry detergent for the washing machine. The apartment was warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The space is clean, inviting, and has a lovely courtyard with birch trees and a table—perfect for coffee breaks. They even set up a sofa for our child, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is ideal, and right across the street is a delicious and affordable restaurant, Kastel, which might be the best value in town. If we return to Nikšić, we will definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that we weren’t informed that the neighboring apartment is also rented out. We were a bit surprised one evening when strangers opened the gate while we were sitting at the table in the courtyard and went into the neighboring door.

if it was not for 2 things , this place would be perfect. 1. the bed in the living room is horribly uncomfortable. 2. the hot water in the shower ran out too quickly. insufficient!

Bicycle friendly

The owner was very welcoming. He was very familiar with the roads in Montenegro and helped me plan my cycling route for the next few days. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. I was able to bring my bicycle inside. I put a towel between my bicycle handlebar and the wall so that I didn't leave marks. I totally recommend staying here.

Great place to explore Montenegro

New, very nice apartement with garden. Hosts are fantastic, everything is just around the corner. Motorbike was safely parked in the closed yard just in front of the apartment. Vladimir is also a biker and has all the tools if some minor repairs are needed on the motorbike🙂. He also has all the information about best offroad and road tracks in Montenegro. There is also washing machine in the apartment which comes useful if you're on the longer trip. I got coffe on rhe arrival, there was complementary wine in the apartement. All in all, great experience and it's now on my list of places to stay whenever I'll come to Montenegro again!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer entzückenden Stadt

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns einiges erzählt, erklärt, empfohlen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug zu zweit, nett eingerichtet und sauber. Wenn das Wetter passt, kann man auch die Terrasse in dem schönen, ruhigen Garten nutzen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Unmittelbar vor der Tür sind Lokale, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte. Kleines, nettes Städtchen mit lauter netten Einwohnern. Man kann einige Ausflüge machen (mit dem Auto): Panoramafahrt durch die Berge (wer genug Nerven hat :)), Rafting, Zip-Line über die Schlucht, Skutarisee : ACHTUNG Touristenfalle!!!! NICHT gleich die erste Option nehmen, die "fangen" Touristen ab beim Parkplatz! Geht zu den Verkaufsständen mit Preisliste, die Tour darf nicht mehr € 30 kosten!!!!

Da wir immer selbst kochen, war die Küchenausstattung für uns leider nicht sehr befriedigend. Kaum Kochgeschirr, eine ganz kleine Pfanne... könnte man noch um einiges aufstocken (Essbesteck, Pfannenwender, Sieb, große Pfanne) Aber für Urlauber, die Essen gehen, reicht das wohl aus.. das haben wir dann größtenteils auch gemacht :) (Hoffe, der Vermieter hat mittlerweile das "Innenleben" vom Geschirrspüler ausgewechselt.. :-) )

Séjour exceptionnel à Niksic

Le logement est situé en plein centre-ville de Niksic. Il y a une ne grand salon en plus de la chambre et une cuisine et salle de bain bien équipé et fonctionnelle. Vous pouvez vous garer juste devant. L’hôte est disponible pour vous accueillir mais aussi pour vous donner pleins de conseils pour votre voyage.

Vladimir est très accueillant et c'est très instructif de discuter avec lui de son pays, sa ville...Le logement est grand, refait à neuf, très bien pensé pour tout, c'est parfait. Il est très bien localisé (même si l'environnement peut surprendre en arrivant) et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable !

Superbe logement, qui est grand, spacieux, bien équipé, agréable et très bien situé dans le centre de la vieille ville. Vladimir est un hôte très attentionné, accueillant, et fort sympathique. Je recommande chaudement ! Il y a des places de parking gratuit en face du logement et on a pu bénéficier d’une terrasse ombragée par les arbres, idéale pour manger et se reposer ! - zeer vriendelijke hosts - prachtige tuin rondom het appartement, en gezellig stadje met prachtige omgeving in de nabijheid - heel aangenaam en ruim appartement
