A wonderful experience from start to finish – highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the apartment – it was in a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. But what really made our stay special was our amazing host. We arrived late in the evening, and he came after 10 PM just to bring us the keys. On top of that, he even gave us a ride to the concert! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful

Beautiful, modern and clean room It has a TV and AC. We also connected our phone to the speaker system, so we could listen to music. We didn't make use of the kitchen, so I cannot comment on that. We had a very nice stay and sleepover. You're close to the city centre, so everything you might need is on a small walking distance. Also the contact with the owner was good. We came a bit early, but in 10 min after our contact, the owner arrived. She was very nice.

🇷🇸 Srpski Nažalost, ovo je jedno od najgorih iskustava koje smo imali u smeštaju. Apartman ne ispunjava ni osnovne standarde. Grejanje je izuzetno slabo. Čistoća je bila na alarmantnom nivou: vidljivi tragovi obuće na tepihu, prašina i paučina u gotovo svakom ćošku. Kupatilo je konstantno imalo jak miris sredstava za čišćenje, a peškiri ostavljeni za ruke i lice su takođe mirisali na hemikalije, što je krajnje nehigijenski. Najveći problem bila je zapušena WC šolja, koju smo zatekli u takvom stanju. Domaćini su potvrdili da je apartman ostavljen u tom stanju. U početku su tvrdili da nemaju slobodan zamenski apartman i kao privremeno „rešenje” ponudili korišćenje toaleta u drugoj zgradi. Tek nakon što smo saopštili da ćemo napustiti smeštaj, rečeno nam je da će drugi apartman biti očišćen za 45 minuta. S obzirom na stanje prvog apartmana, nismo imali poverenja u takvo rešenje i odlučili smo da odemo. Iako smo od ukupno 6 plaćenih noći ostali samo jednu, vraćena nam je svega trećina iznosa. Ne preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj nikome ko očekuje osnovnu higijenu, funkcionalnost i pre svega, korektan odnos prema gostima. 🇬🇧 English Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The apartment does not meet even basic standards. Heating is extremely poor. Cleanliness was alarming: visible shoe marks on the carpet, dust and cobwebs in almost every corner. The bathroom constantly smelled of cleaning chemicals, and the towels provided for hands and face also smelled of chemicals, which is completely unhygienic. The most serious issue was a clogged toilet, which we encountered on the first morning. The hosts confirmed that the apartment had been left in this condition. Initially, we were told there was no alternative apartment available and were offered to use a toilet in another building as a temporary solution. Only after we informed them that we would leave were we told that another apartment could be cleaned within 45 minutes.

El apartamento está en buen estado y tiene un tamaño correcto. Hay un restaurante enfrente y una panadería al lado. El centro está a unos 20 minutos andando.

No hay ascensor para acceder a los pisos altos.
