location is great. host responds quick. apartment was clean.
bathroom is a bit small and dated but does the job for a night or two. One needs to take toiletries for the shower - which we forgot and missing one blanket but we made it work.

Die Lage ist gegenüber der WHU. Parkplätze sind direkt davor nicht vorhanden.
Die Heizung funktionierte Mitte Oktober nicht bei 12 Grad. Das war schlecht.

Property is very central, just meters away from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, very convenient if you come for studies/business.
The entrance is via the inner yard and is located on the ground floor. The building is OK for a short-term stay but quite old for the price asked. There is this funny smell inside the apartment. While the owners have done a good job renovating it on the inside, bathroom is only one and quite outdated. Everywhere is clean and well-maintained though.
