Label6 Coliving Quang Khanh - 24 Hours Stay - Flexibe Check-in time

The Reception person was trying to be helpful though the rooms were not ready. Through out the stay he was attentive and helped with all our needs.

Mail Communications were not responded and was told that there was no information of our landing time thought he property advertises prominently about 24hour check in. After a bit of argument an upgraded apt was given. Though the apt was modern and spacious - the AC in the hall was not effective and was locatied on the top floor which had no access after the 6th floor. But anway the receptionis helped transporting the boxes. The Cutlery stock was poor and could not believed that they do not have any coffee cups even in the reception. Need to work on that. No convenient plug points in the bathroom and the single sofa seater was so unfortable to sit.

整套房间感觉还不错，蛮舒服

入住一进门有一股很强烈的异味，需要打开窗风异味才稍微散开些，地上黏腻，入住第一天晚上12-1点清晨准备要睡觉时，可以清楚听见隔壁有人在敲敲打打装修声和说话声，好在向柜台服务员说了，接下来几晚就没听见了，一切安好，安静， 煲热水的水壶底部有发霉物体 有一点最夸张的是第一天入住一打开房间抽屉有使用过的避孕套，这一点让我十分震惊，希望能改进清洁问题
