Location is great at Presint 5 Only 5 minutes to PICC, less jammed. Serene and less noise. Can easily go for dinner in food vallet, 5-10 minutes at Presint 4. The house is excellent. Clean and spacious with complete facilities like iron, wifi, aircond, microwave, tv, praying cloth, kitchen application, toys for kids and washing machine and detergent (detergent need to pay. Only 50 sen per capsule. Very cheap). 2 rooms with queen bed and a corner near entrance was made into a room with curtain as separator ( Good enough though and there are 3 thick mattress given in there.). The host is very kind, friendly and approachable. It is easy to check in and check out by your own as he already gave the instruction prior to our arrival. He even help us to get back our belonging when we realized that we had mistakenly left our things after we check out without any issue to pay extra for his help. Absolutely a great host. Best thing about this place is their pool facilities. It open from 8 am to 10 pm and the kid pool are quite cool with water fountains and water jet with kid playground beside the kid pool to play. The kids are absolutely having great time there. The adult pool is nice too. I love this place. Will definitely come again in the future. Done promo this place to my friends in my social media.

The unit nearby my niece apartment. guard is very good. facilities quite ok - fully equip. nice view facing KPT and side lake.

1. There was an unpleasant odor coming from both bathrooms. The toilet bowls were yellowish and not properly cleaned. 2. The owner was quite calculative. I arrived at 2pm (with my elderly), while the actual check-in time was 3pm and was charged RM20 for early check-in. However, I also informed that I would check out early at 9am for a 3D2N stay. 3. Additional charges were imposed for visitors’ cars. Only 1 check-in car was allowed. I had 2 visitors staying for only a few hours — 1 visitor’s car was free, while the other was charged RM5. 4. The bed in the master bedroom creaks whenever you move, which was quite uncomfortable.
