The apartment area has two guarded gates. Visitors can only access one gate. Was quite confusing at first. The access to near by restaurant and convinent store are unknown.

Convenient location, clean and host is a good communicator. Security was good.
Very small gripe, but the towels were synthetic and absorbed nothing. Would have been nice if there was a washing machine available.
