1. Enough rooms and beds for all.
2. There are 3 ACs and functioning well.
3. Speedy WiFi
4. There are nearby restaurants, supermarket and seven E. Plus other small shops, some are opened and some are abandoned.
1. I must say the unit's owner is a bit arrogant.
2. There are stenches on the sofas. Looks like an old stench, it should be deeply cleaned.
3. The water heater isn't working.
4. There is a faulty smell in the shower, and the floor should be thoroughly cleaned too.
5. One of the rooms doorknob is broken.
6. The advertised price isn't included with the tax.
206myr is still a sum of money, services and facilities should correspond to its worth. Economy stay or not, please always give the best out of it.
