The owner arrived when she promised, she was very kind. It is not an easy job to find anything in that area of Genova, but the instructions she gave were perfect. The area looks a little bit tough, but do not worry, it is perfect for a family stay.
The door of the block is not so easy to open, but you can manage. On the other hand it is very loud. So during the night and especially during mornings, when people leave the block, you can hear it. And that is not pleasant, escpecially not while you are sleeping.

Easy to reach from the main station (Underground station very close by) and with plenty of supermarkets and cafes and restaurants nearby. And a short walk from the aquarium.
We enjoyed that all three children could be in one room. Good air-conditioning and a nice newly renovated bathroom, with a good shower.
The flat felt secure - strong lock on the front door. Arianna was friendly and helpful for check-in and check-out.
Female travellers on their own might feel slightly unsafe in some of the side streets at night.

El piso es muy céntrico y la ubicación es optima para conocer Genova. Por lo general, tiene todo lo que se necesita por un par de días, el baño está reformado y la cocina tiene lo básico.
Las camas son muy incómodas, colchón de muelle y estructura inestable y ruidosa. Algunos armarios de la cocina son inaccesible para los más pequeños de la familia. La puerta del portal es muy pesada y una habitación está a lado, así que es molesto el ruido que hace sobretodo a primera hora de la mañana.
