The host was very kind and welcoming to my family. She communicated very well throughout our stay. The guidebook was helpful with local tips and recommendations. The location was good as it was only a short walk to town. It was quiet and the AC units worked great. There is a great spot for breakfast called Brown Coffee a few doors down the street.
The biggest inconvenience of this place are the bathrooms. They are both very small and don't have much room to be comfortable. Also, there is no living area, basically just the kitchen and the three bedrooms. This matches the description and photos, so it's not a criticism of the listing, just an FYI for future guests.
