La disponibilità del proprietario (non eravamo sicuri di arrivare in tempo per l’orario concordato), i servizi (abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una buona colazione e le istruzioni per accedere all’appartamento erano chiare e semplici), la pulizia e l’attenzione all’ambiente (erano presenti i contenitori per consentire la raccolta differenziata).
Non è dotata di un posto auto riservato. Tale aspetto era stato correttamente evidenziato nelle caratteristiche e ne eravamo consapevoli. Ci sono posti auto gratuiti vicino al palazzo. Talvolta non si trova posto immediatamente in prossimità, ma è sufficiente camminare un poco e si risolve il problema. Tale aspetto potrebbe rappresentare una difficoltà nel caso si abbiano tanti bagagli (non era il nostro caso).

Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig für 3 Personen, gut ausgestattet und die 2 Balkone sind echt schön.
Viele Flugzeuge, die recht laut sind, wenn man die Fenster offen hat und die AC war nicht immer zuverlässig.
