I recently stayed at Hotel Moghal Mahel and had a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and offers beautiful views of Srinagar. The staff is extremely nice, polite and very helpful - they made us feel at home from check-in to check-out. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and spacious with comfortable beds. Housekeeping is done daily and everything feels fresh and hygienic. Food service was prompt and tasty. Overall it’s a great place for families and travelers looking for comfort with Kashmiri hospitality. Highly recommend for a clean, calm and welcoming stay in Srinagar. Worth

We had a lovely stay in Kashmir, the people were warm and welcoming, and the hospitality made us feel right at home.

We booked deluxe room and we were offered premium which is beneath in the listing. Even after confronting the manager he completely denied stating that you will get only premium room. The Deluxe room had balcony and was pricier than the Premium room hence we booked Deluxe. The Premium room was smaller with no balcony at all and only one window and when we confronted the Manager he denied and said this will be our room and gave our room to another family only because both me and my brother seemed younger to him. He seemed to not respect the people who are younger or unmarried, felt multiple times during my stay. Additionally, he puts up a fight if we provide DL instead of Aadhar, I meant an ID proof/address proof could be anything like DL or Voter ID card as well.
