The GoodFind Residency

The property itself looks quite nice, especially the interiors, rooms and it is also calm and quiet which I liked the most. The staff is quite helpful and prompt at responding to requests. They allowed me to choose the room that suited me as I had to stay for 4 nights. They also arranged a flask for me to carry warm water on a day's visit to Baramulla which was so nice of them. The bed and blankets are quite cosy except the mattresses can be a bit more firm as I experienced back pain after waking up in the morning. Although they do not have a restaurant facility, they do heat food in case one wishes to get from outside. They have indicated charging sockets as power and invertor which helps guests to know which ones can work even when there is power supply.

Except breakfast, they do not have facilities of providing food. So one should order food from outside or walk down to the nearest food outlets, which are not much. I also wish they would have provided mosquito repellants in the rooms as there are mosquitoes at times especially in the evening. They should keep this in mind. There are also frequent power cuts in the area where the hotel is located but the invertor helps in ensuring the lights work and electronic devices can be charged.

Everything

Nothing

Nice property with affordable rates

Nothing to dislike

Well we had a smooth check in and it was a last minute decision so we were left with the option to choose Family room. It was a huge room but the ceiling was low so it looked little dark. The carpets could be more tidy. There was a technical issue with water supply but that was resolved by giving us the opportunity to use another room. Overall they treated us well. The breakfast was not great. Could be improved.
