Yema Home-Lucca

Location was superb. Just inside city walls and close to wine bar, restaurants, shops, attractions. It was spacious and clean. Shower in bathroom was great. Lorenzo the host was very helpful and easy to contact.

Air con was a bit noisy, especially noticeable at night. But it was exceptionally warm so it probably was working overtime. It did cool the bedroom down adequately.

To był fantastyczny pobyt! Przecudowni gospodarze – niezwykle serdeczni, pomocni i zaangażowani. Polecili nam świetne miejsca, dzięki którym mogliśmy jeszcze lepiej poznać okolicę. Apartament jest urządzony z ogromnym gustem, na bardzo wysokim poziomie, czyściutki i doskonale wyposażony – nie brakowało absolutnie niczego. Widać, że gospodarze wkładają w to miejsce dużo serca. Lokalizacja jest idealna – w samym ścisłym centrum, a jednocześnie bardzo cicho. Tuż pod apartamentem znajduje się jedna z najlepszych kawiarni śniadaniowych oraz świetne winiarnie i restauracje. Serdecznie i z całego serca polecam ten apartament. Z przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

Great communication with host, easy to contact - checked to make sure all was good. Superb location - less than a minute walk to the center and the wall walk, cafes and restaurants at the doorstep, supermarket just round the corner. Apartment itself was just fantastic - lovely and bright, with 2 powerful air-conditioner (bedroom and sitting room) which were easy to control and badly needed for the 38 degree heatwave. The whole apartment was absolutely spotless, no dirt or dust anywhere, even on the skirting boards. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee machine with coffee pods, microwave and dishwasher. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with extra pillows and duvet. Also noted a baby cot. Washing machine was also really useful (tip: as it is illegal to hang clothes outside the windows, I closed the green shutters and hung the wet clothes using hangers on the inside of the shutters, then closed the glass windows. The heat dried the clothes extremely efficiently!) The bathroom was spacious with ample towels, the shower was powerful with a large shower tray that doesn't leak all over the bathroom floor. Great quality hairdryer which is superb. Toiletries were also provided. Overall, one of the best apartment we've ever stayed in globally (and we travel a lot)!

Didn't stay long enough! Wifi didn't work but we didn't really need it so not complaining.

Modern and fully equipped apartmen in the Lucca old town located just on the main street and 10 min walk to the railway station. Perfect communication with hosts.
