La struttura è in posizione ottimale, spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata. Eccezionale impianto di climatizzazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Affaccio caratteristico.
Scale molto scomode, interni estremamente cheap. Letto comodo ma in forte pendenza. Bagno anni 90.

Non è molto confortevole in quanto non sono descritte le scale molto ripide ed il bagno non riscaldato in quanto il riscaldamento non era in funzione.
