A quirky stylishly decorated spacious villa is very well equipped and only minutes from the beach and close to the train station. Chloe was fantastic at keeping in touch. The small swimming pool covered by sliding decking was perfect for two young children. Air con and fans for the first floor bedrooms worked extremely well despite the temperatures.

Nothing to dislike.

Location and charm were an A+. Also good for two families of four given the 2 main bedrooms with large beds on the 1st floor and four twin beds in the converted attic. Also felt safe and secure as property is fully gated/fenced. Kitchen was nice and so was the recent remodel.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Big bummer. Also, the storm shades did not fully block light so it was bright in the morning. Only provided 4 bath towels. There were NO hand towels provided even after texting the staff to request additional towels. Also, this home has a pool (not heated) and is a beach town so there we were surprised there were no pool towels or beach towels provided. We had to buy ones from a store in town. There is an ant infestation in the dining room. The WIFI was not connected upon arrival and the host was not able to provide any support services. We did locate the WiFi router which was unplugged. We plugged it in, and the name of the router matched that of the instruction manual in the home. Password worked, devices connected, however, there was only periodic access to the internet and even when it did connect it was 1990’s speed (worse than dial up). Having no internet was a big let down as we needed access to travel itineraries and work from our laptops. Home was advertised as having WiFi/internet. There was no shampoo or bath soap provided. We also bought our own laundry detergent (most villas provide one or two complimentary portions to wash a load or two during a stay). There was also no duvet covers or sheets for the comforters provided.
