Central luxury 2 Bed apartment

Excellent location and beautiful apartment, very spacious with great views across London from it's balcony. Decor was modern and arrival into the apartment was easy. Highly recommend.

The £300 deposit was a shock after booking but understandable after seeing the quality of the apartment.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable, good size. Rainfall showers are lovely.

Hardly any crockery, only one key to the flat and had to go downstairs to let people back into the building.

Location good, bus stops near the house, 30 min by bus to Victoria. The apartment was large and spacious with a beautiful view. Nearest grocery store ca 10 min walk away. The keys to the apartment were left to us in the apartment, which was very convenient.

The pots and pans were burnt and completely unusable. The double beds were only 140 wide with one double blanket, which are narrow for sleep two adult people. We had a booked apartment for 6 people, but only 5 beds were prepared for us. The one extra bed was a folded bed that was not the most comfortable, definitely not suitable for an adult person. In such a "luxurious" apartment for 6 people, would have expected some extra blankets that could be used if necessary and normal kitchen utensils.

Property was modern.

The management. I would not recommend to stay here, the place itself is nice but the communication between the host and guests was poor in terms of asking for a £300 deposit 72 hours before our stay, our booking cost £300 so another £300 on top of that was not affordable, fair or reasonable .They said it was incase of damages yet this does not say anything in their policy about this to which I called customer service and they replied that they are aloud to request up to 250 in damages after our stay not before. They put the deposit down to 150 instead of 300 and we paid this but have been told it can take 10 days to come back? They were completely unreasonable, we booked a month prior and then 72 hours before our stay they requested a £300 deposit. It put a bad start to my 21st birthday and I came a long way to celebrate with friends out in London so really disappointed, they also made a few mistakes in their wording about why we have to pay a deposit and it felt like a scam
