Perfect apartment for our family, with a great restaurant nearby in Melun and Fontainebleau Castle.

The lady texted me all the information the morning of our arrival. She was easier to reach than the gentleman. There is a remote to open the gate, & parking inside the property, you felt very safe in the location of the house. You are only 7 minutes walk to the Melun train station that takes you to Paris in the RER R.

The apartment is very nice but could benefit from a few finishing touches. A kitchen table with chairs and some proper mugs for tea drinkers (in addition to the espresso cups provided) would be a welcome addition. The large windows are beautiful, but the lack of blackout shades makes it difficult to sleep in the mornings. A small bedside lamp would be much more convenient than relying only on the ceiling light, and the bathroom lighting could be brighter. With these small improvements, I would have gladly given the place a 10/10.

Fascinating and with many little insignificances .

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetic of the property , regarding its high ceilings , classical architecture and I general the hospitality of the house itself with comfortable beds and nice views .

Unfortunately despite the property’s beauty there were some lacking traits such as the absolute absence of any forks - most likely was an accident . Then the dim lights in the bathroom - unsure if it was purposefully dim but was hard to see . And not being able to access the WiFi . It was present however when we asked for the password we didn’t receive a response . No a kettle ,fan . Though a kitchen table would have helped

Good price for money but I feel the host communication isn't up to par

- host communication could've been better. only replied to one out of my 3 messages - missing a bedding/linen set for the sofa bed, I had to use bath towels to get by

Très bon emplacement , résidence privée avec parking sécurisé

Cependant endroit très sale de grosses taches sur les différents lits, frigo très sale également , pleins de cheveux dans la douche et dans les tiroirs de la salle de bain. Odeur horrible de cigarette dans l’appartement , pas de volets aux velux et lits qui grincent énormément dès qu’on se retourne

L’emplacement , propre, facile d’accès et une place sécurisé pour le véhicule

Le logement manque de beaucoup d’équipements / pas de table d’appoint pour manger seulement un table base avec un canapé trois places donc pour 6 personnes c’est un peu moyen. Pas de bol pour déjeuner ,pas de tire bouchon .. enfin beaucoup de choses ne sont pas présentes dans l’appartement

Le stationnement en toute sécurité à l’intérieur de l’immeuble

Pas de table ni chaises ds la cuisine ! Déjeuner sur une table basse dans la pièce qui fait office de salon chambre et salle à manger plus que limite !…et pourtant la réclamation d’une table ds la cuisine est constamment mise en avant ds les remarques ! Le strict minimum est mis à disposition !…dommage ça pourrait être presque bien !

gute, renovierte Wohnung mit sauberen und bequemen Betten, insgesamt positiver Gesamteindruck

Vermieter antwortet nicht auf die Nachfrage zum W-Lan-Passwort, daher kein W-Lan für uns nutzbar, wir hatten keinen Parkplatz vorbestellt, wir mussten dann auf der Straße parken, obwohl es wohl möglich gewesen wäre, uns den abgeschlossenen Parkplatz doch noch zur Verfügung zu stellen, kein Tisch zum Essen

El apartamento es nuevo, reformado hace poco pero está sucio, las sábanas sucias, no hay mesa para comer, tienes que sentarte en el sofa o en la cama para comer algo, los utensilios de la cocina están sucios, no hay luz en el baño, no se ve nada cuando te duchas. No había wifi cuando llegamos, llamé dos veces al anfitrión y le mandé un email que me contestó de madrugada cuando ya no necesitaba el wifi, aunque nos despertó un olor a cloaca horrible. No volvería y no lo recomiendo, el dueño debería tener más cuidado porque tampoco es barato y el barrio es complicado.

Falta mantenimiento/ limpieza - ubicación 10!

El barrio complicado pero tenia una parada de tren muy cerca que en 25 minutos estabas en el centro de París por 2,50 euros + 2 euros la tarjeta. Es un apartamento muy grande y las habitaciones eran grandes.

Es una pena es un piso reformado reciente y si no hacen mantenimiento ni limpieza a fondo en poco tiempo perderá todo el encanto que podría tener. Sabanas sucias y llenas de manchas de lejía. Los nórdicos y cojines mejor no mirar tuve que poner toallas en las almohadas para poder dormir con un poco de higiene. La ducha te quedabas pegado en el suelo nos bañamos con chanclas. Por otro lado nos tocó el apartamento del segundo piso y la escalera no es nada cómoda y mi hija incluso en una de las bajadas resbaló y se cayó. Por otro lado destacar que la mesa que teníamos para cenar o comer es la de centro bajita que solo podían comer los tres que estaban sentados en el sofá, faltarían un par o tres de taburetes para el resto. En el menaje de la cocina faltaban tenedores y vasos qye los facilitaron la misma tarde tras pedirlo. El mando del coche está dentro la cajita en la consigna delante de puerta de apartamento a tener en cuenta y muchas veces falla y la puerta no abre para entrar el coche.

Mooi vernieuwd appartement. Goede bedden. Koffie en koffiemachine. Duidelijke uitleg voor binnenkomst.

Heel warm bij aankomst ( 35°C buiten en volop zon). Alle ramen waren dicht en geen airco, geen gordijnen en geen verduistering voor 's nachts. Airco en verduistering zouden zeker een meerwaarde zijn voor dit mooi appartement
