Great stay, easy contact with host. Clean, good beds, location nice!

Location is just next to the water. Out of bed into the river. if that is what you like, this is the perfect place. There is a bakery and small supermarket nearby and dining options all within walking distance

Dining table is a bit small if you want to eat inside with 4 people. The TV is huge on the other hand. I personally would have gone for a bigger table.

Delightful accommodation in a picturesque location.

Location was perfect for Fontainebleau area, village shops on the doorstep and paddling on the river at the end of the garden.

Shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Not the cleanest but acceptable. No corkscrew to open a bottle of wine.

L’emplacement au bord de l’eau est exceptionnel, les transats sont top, le prêt des kayak est génial. La terrasse est très réussie. Torchon et serviettes de bonne qualité

La grille du barbecue pas lavée, l’éclairage extérieur pas très agréable car trop fort , aucun condiment (sel, poivre…), pas de liquide vaisselle.

Un séjour nature ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique, avec plein d’activités à proximité.

Le cadre est superbe, en pleine nature, avec une faune et une flore magnifiques. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 8 minutes d’un site d’escalade et environ 20 minutes du circuit des 25 bosses. La balade en canoë est vraiment agréable. Franck est très réactif, et l’endroit est facile à trouver. Bonus : vue sur les montgolfières tôt le matin ou en fin de journée !

Par rapport à certains commentaires lus avant mon séjour, je trouve qu’ils exagéraient un peu sur le niveau de propreté. C’est tout à fait correct si on a des attentes raisonnables. Dans l’ensemble c’est propre, mais il ne faut pas être trop minutieux si on est très exigeant sur la propreté. Il y a quelques guêpes et moustiques, donc pensez à prévoir lors de vos séjours une raquette électrique, une bombe anti-insectes et éventuellement une prise anti-moustiques pour la nuit.

Sa vue !!! La réactivité de son propriétaire pour régler les p’tits soucis à l’arrivée Son chauffage !!! Son aménagement dans sa globalité .

L’entretient et le soin global Ça n’était vraiment pas très propre via le passage des locataires précédents semble t’il qui devait avoir un petit enfant . Des traces de doigts chocolatés partout : cuisine table basse baie vitrée fenêtre …. Des casses : meuble TV, lampe de chevet dans la chambre aux lits simples, porte de cette même chambre qui ne ferme pas . Arrivée d’eau chaude via … l’eau froide pour la cuisine .
