Gospodyni jest przemiłą osobą, kontaktową i pomocną. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, wygodne, zadbane. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne do gotowania rzeczy oprócz czajnika. Na gorącą wodę trzeba było minutę poczekać.
Mieszkanie jest zacienione, zimne, wilgotne. Nie ma możliwości ogrzania. Pomimo tego nie ma stęchlizny ani pleśni. Pod jednym oknem jest kawiarenka, inne okna wychodzą na omszały mur.
