Agriturismo Al Gelso

Despite the rainy weather upon arrival, the reception staff were super friendly and served us a delicious platter of local food and wine. Portions were plentiful and very reasonably priced! Our room was quiet and cozy, the accommodations are a bit rustic, but the bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. This accommodation was certainly excellent value for the dollar, and my husband is still raving about the breakfast (one month later). Possibly the best Italian breakfast we have had in the past 5 trips to Italy. If we pass through the area again we will certainly plan on staying.

11/10! Arrived late due to heavy traffic, but they still served us wine and a delicious local platter. A beautiful, cozy place where locals eat. Quiet, with comfortable beds, amazing food, and friendly service. Wish we stayed longer!

It was a husbands birthday that day, so would be nice to get some small surprize like a glass of vine or a piece of cake from the owners :)

Very nice hosts. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very good and ample breakfast. Clean and well equipped room. Had a three course dinner which was simply delicious.

That breakfast was so good I consider getting back just to have it one more time :) Staff were very nice and responsive, interiors are adorable in their antiqueness.

The bed frames were a bit bigger than their bases with mattresses, so it was not attached, and I always worried I may brake it if I kick it accidentally :)
