Beach Hut 5

Absolutely fantastic place. It's very compact but has everything you need. The view from the rear is magnificent. You can go from the terrace straight onto the beach via a small ladder. However if you are a bit unsteady on your legs I would suggest just walking round (2 mins). There is a very good licensed cafe next door if you don't fancy cooking. There is a pub either side just 100yds away. One is very chilled the other has an outside facility that has a burger bar and has live music at the weekend. From the beach you can get a ferry every 15 mins to Teignmouth (£2.50 e/w cash only) There is a parking space directly in front of the front door. I have a large suv which fitted fine. Anything bigger and you'll need to use on street or local car park.

The toilet is a little bit cramped but for a 2 min sit down it's not a major problem. Also the stairs to the bedroom loft are a little steep. Again only a real problem if you're not so steady on your legs.

The view from patio is what we went for and didn't disappoint

The toilet and sink are too close a larger person would find it very difficult maybe a toilet sink on toilet system would be better

Very different to anything else in the area, obviously it's quite small but it works for a weekend
