Great location, towards the edge of the villa and very close to the beach, restaurants and cafes.
Modern construction. Two separate bathrooms, one on each level next to the bedrooms.
Practical and equipped kitchen. One fully enclosed bedroom but no dedicated air-con.
I recommend the host to add window curtains on the upper level windows, as across the yard is the next door neighbors and can see directly into the upper bedroom that is open space with no doors for the mezzanine area.
Internet speed around 12Mbps download(latency 75ms) provided by satellite Starlink and a 2.4GHz only N300 router. mobile data on 4G in the villa wasn't much faster either.
Was able to find parking right next to the entrance and plenty space available.
Quiet area although there's a Church very nearby and rings the bell on Sundays that we didn't catch as we stayed weekdays only
Filter coffee machine put away under the sink for a good reason as it need a serious clean before I would use. I recommend the host to change it to a coffee pods machine, much simpler and more practical.
Only local greek tv channels. But some radio channels on the tv with international music was present.
Mezzanine level bedroom shares common volume with living room/kitchen and it's not that private.

The location was great! The building is very beautiful and modern! The room was big and the natural light was amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped! In front of every room were left a broom and a mop! We really like it! Also when we booked it said that there is no parking, but when we arrived they gave us a parking spot right in front of the room!
We liked everything and would definitely go back someday!
