For one night stay it is ok. The sea side is very near.
The bathroom looked like it was going to fall apart. There was probably at some point a shower door for the shower cabin, now there is a dirty shower curtain as the shower door is missing. The toilet seat is for kids, not for adults. It looked strange placed on the normal toilet. The bathroom cabinet's paint was falling apart and you could see it was installed years and years ago. The parking situation is atrocious and you might need to search for a parking space for some time.
