A pleasant stay, but for sure not a luxury one

Really close to the beach. Cozy apartment.

There was only electricity when the card is there(when we’re at the apartment) and when we go back from the beach the apartment is hot, because the AC wasn’t working. Also the lightning is bad - it was dark event when the lights were on. The WiFi - we were able to use it so little, because it was gone almost the whole stay(I don’t know the reason for that).

It's a nice apartment at a reasonable price. It looks as per description.

Great location, just 2 minutes walking from the main pedestrian area and all the beach bars. The apartment is in a quiet area and you can usually park easily around it.

Biggest letdown was that the keys to the apartment are attached to the card which you need for the electricity, meaning you can't switch on your airconditioner while you are on the beach..

during the weekends the water is low in the area and on of the days was without hot water. During the week all is good.

Superb

The apartment is clean, spacious, with a large terrace overlooking the sea, its location is in a communicative place, there are many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I also recommend the hotel restaurant itself. The host is extremely kind, responsive, he even warned me in advance that due to the Easter holidays, I might not be able to reserve a table in a restaurant and offered to make a reservation in advance at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The menu was extremely rich, the food very tasty and with compliments to the customers. Apostolos is an amazing host, considering we had an accident with a flat tire and we didn't know who to turn to, he personally called a handyman and came even though it was long past his working hours. With special thanks to Apostolos, I recommend Ikies Luxury Apartments.

Disappointing

At the center, but anyway you should drive to the nicer beaches or restaurants. The apartment smells bad, especially the wc. The mattress was very uncomfortable, especially one of the halfs was total hole. We were warned by the host at the very arrival that we should keep the windows closed due to thefts so our stay was not a relaxing one.

OK for two-nigh stay

The apartment was well furnished and facilities new. The restaurant was the best in town and opens earlier than other places.

Pretty noisy day and night time. The floor was very dusty and felt dirty all the time. We paid for a ¨seaview¨ apartment but it was almost none. It's really close to the beach but there are several buildings and our apartment was not first line as advertised.

Exceptional

A perfect place to stay for a few days or for the whole summer :) . One of the best booking experiences so far. Very clean, comfortable, with everything you need, furnitured with good taste and style. Great personnel and management. The beach is across the street, the restaurants are right up front and at the same time, you avoid the noise of the tourist crowds, as the apartaments are at a quiet small street. Highly recommend and will go there again.

One small, and fixable thing in ap. 103 - The shower is too low hanged and not so easy to use properly. And It's a bit uncomfortable to take a shower, while steppin in the small tub. But really, that's not a big problem.

The furnishings was good only.

Wasn’t cleaned, the bathrooms was dirty the drains was blocked, couldn’t take a shower properly. No internet at all, no international tv at all, no telephone signal in the building.

Everything- it’s close to the beach, clean, comfortable. The restaurant is the best in the village, the beach is clean with the nicest server (we really loved that lady).

The wifi in our room was really weak, but that wasn’t that big of a problem.

The property was very spacious and well thought-out. We especially liked the big terrace which was ideal for a drink in the early evening or a nice get together.

Bathrooms get very wet when using the shower but it is a minor flaw overall.

Giriste bir klima var ve evin geneline fayda ediyor ancak yatak odasinada bir klima olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Aproape de plajă, apartament mare spațios cu o bucătărie utilată cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Baia a fost foarte îngustă. S- a dat o singură cheie pentru apartament făcând AC-ul să funcționeze doar atunci ca ești în apartament (pentru economie) -era destul de cald când ajungeai. Managerul destul de rigid a permis check-in decât la ora 15 deși era foarte cald afară și eram cu copiii mici.
