Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il condizionatore, poichè non è stato reperito il telecomando. La lavatrice non funzionava.

Very nice view overlooking the Calvi Gulf, even better than on the fotos. The apartment is located in the center of the small town close to the beach and restaurants, nicely decorated, but no air-conditioning, no wifi, worn furnishing
*** NO AIR-CONDITIONING (see other reviews) as the rental agency is selling the apartment with air-conditioning, but they intentionally hold back the remote control despite many requests made by mail / SMS/telco or even personally.
*** Equipment and furnishing needs replacement in some cases, e.g, couch/chair already very worn, bed creaks with every movement
*** Apartment has an elevator, but to go there, it is an uphill walk. Think about in particular when you have small kids or can't afford physical challenges
*** I found the communication with the rental agency very difficult in particular when you are not speaking French. Many thanks to Booking.com for facilitating
