About this apartment rental
Charming apartment, 120m2, on the 3rd and last floor, in a typical Corsican building. Ideal location: on the harbor, superb views of Calvi Bay, the mountains and the citadel. In the city center, close to all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. 3 minutes walk from public and private beaches, water sports, sailing club.
A "cleaning deposit" of 150 € requested on your arrival and returned to your departure if the apartment is left clean.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with good amenities. We were met at the apartment by the host who welcomed us and gave us some suggestions for the area. Plenty of fans were provided which were much appreciated in the hot weather as there is no air conditioning. It is well located, right by the harbour with the restaurants and shops, and an easy walk to the Spar for supplies. This does mean that it can be noisy at night, with music playing and the glass bins being emptied, but we didn't mind this! Our only challenge was parking - there is no parking at the apartment. There is public paid parking nearby at the citadel, but you are only supposed to stay for 12 hours (though in effect this is 24 hours as it is free from 9pm to 9am) and it is sometimes difficult to find a space. The local tourist office has lots of useful information, and we would recommend the Fango valley of you have a car. The kids really enjoyed the diving experience.
