The apartment is nice and large, which is unusual for rented apartments in France. Well equipped, kitchen appliances and washing machine are fresh and modern.
The bed was comfortable. The apartment was warm and nice. Tram station is 2 min away from the house, though it would take 25 min to the city centre, but trams are quite often and this was not an issue for me.
Nothing specific which was annoying in the property.
