Phòng khách rộng và view đẹp. Bếp đủ các vật dụng và gia vị. Có chỗ đậu xe. Chủ nhà để rất nhiều khăn và ga giường nên có thể thay được hàng ngày. Nước nóng tốt, vòi chảy mạnh. Có nhiều game để trẻ con chơi.

Đệm nằm quá mềm nên ai cũng bị đau lưng. Nhà xa ga tàu và bus. Wifi hết dung lượng nhưng phải sau 2 ngày chúng tôi mới có thể sử dụng được. Phản hồi chậm. Siêu thị khá xa nhà.

Well kept, near the shops

The stairs could be a bit too much more for an older guest, l wish there a room another bedroom downstairs but overall the place was good.

The house has great potential in terms of design, but unfortunately our experience was not positive. We had clearly mentioned in advance that we have a dust allergy. However, when we arrived, the house appeared to have been cleaned in a very rushed and superficial way. Without going into too much detail, even the dishes were sticky and we had to wash everything before using them. It’s a shame because the house itself truly has a lot of potential, but the management could definitely be improved. We only received a response and assistance from the host three days after our arrival, and we had to insist quite a bit to receive even a small refund for the cleaning issue. We were told that the issue was occasional, so we cannot say whether the house is usually left in these conditions or if it happened because it was a public holiday period. However, this still does not justify the lack of an immediate response from the host, which unfortunately had a negative impact on our trip to Melbourne. We are genuinely sorry to leave this kind of review, because the place itself could be wonderful, but the management side clearly needs to be reconsidered as there are significant shortcomings.
