The property is really central close to the train station, within a really easy walking distance, even with large luggage. It’s about 15 minute walk to the Capitol and a 20 minute walk to most sites.

Bien équipé, bien situé, très propre. Facilité d'accès. Très bonne réactivité à mes questions.

立地が非常に良く、マタビオ駅から徒歩圏内で、主要な観光スポットが集まる中心地へも10分程度と便利です。室内は周辺の宿に比べてとても広く、独立したベッドルームが2つあるため、プライバシーを保ちながら快適に過ごせます。キッチンや調理器具、洗濯機、各種洗剤などの生活用品が完備されており、中長期の滞在に最適です。半地下ながら日当たりが良く、明るく開放的な雰囲気で、アプリによる鍵の受け取りもスムーズに行えました。
システム面で注意が必要です。鍵を入手するためのコードを表示させるには、1,000ユーロのデポジットの支払いが必須となっています。その際、予約時には記載のなかった手数料3ユーロが別途請求されます。支払いを完了しない限りコードは表示されず、入室できない仕組みのため、事前にこの費用と手続きを把握しておくことが重要です。コストパフォーマンスが良いだけに、付随する費用の事前告知があればより安心だと感じました。
