Kochili Villa

The location, the house itself, and the surrounding area are absolutely amazing. Inside, it feels very cozy, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are large with super comfortable mattresses. The views are stunning, both of the sea and the mountains. The sunsets are gorgeous, and the air is so fresh and clean. The sound of the sea is powerful and always present, which we actually enjoyed a lot. Getting and returning the keys is done remotely, which is very convenient since you don’t need to go anywhere or meet anyone. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and plenty of dishes for cooking and serving. The outdoor grill was a lovely surprise, and we really enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire

These things didn’t spoil our stay at all, but they might be important for someone, so I’ll mention them. There are no food supplies at all. Usually, in holiday homes, there are at least some basics like salt, sugar, or oil from previous guests, but here there was nothing. We didn’t even bring salt and pepper, expecting to find them. There were also no extra trash bags or laundry detergent, so keep that in mind if you plan a longer stay. The ants can be a bit annoying, especially around the sink, although they didn’t go onto the dining table. The sound of the sea might be too loud for light sleepers, especially if the windows or doors are open, and even with everything closed it’s still clearly heard.

The owners were very responsive and polite! The house was in a great location, right by the sea, there was access from a little gate on the beach and the sea, we enjoyed our morning, afternoon and night walks there! The house was crystal clear so was the extremely big garden the property is in. Despite the fact that the property is in an area that a lot of people take as isolated, there are a lot of things to do, a lot of fast food and restaurants to visit, supermarkets and local grocery stores and a lot of lovely and picturesque churches and other locations. There was a complementary wine ice colt in the fridge waiting for us, there was even ice in the freezer. Finally, the sunset from the beach, from the house veranda, from the garden or from the balcony upstairs was breathtaking and the sound of the sea especially in the night was a cherry on top of a delicious cake...very relaxing!! It was a perfect retreat for the three of us. Loved the proximity to the sea and various restaurants. The property itself was well-tended and comfortable. We will definitely return to this site!

Superb view, spectacular sunsets , calm vibes all the way.. beach is great for walking collecting stones and dipping in the little pools when hot. This is not a swimming beach - but spectacular nonetheless.. head up 3 k north to paradise beach and you’ve found tranquil heaven

Nothing, great space and layout - two bedroom large living dining area but spent most of our time on back deck looking at the sea. I never sleep beyond 9 .. but the sound of the waves has me out most days until 1 pm.. pure relax…❤️
