Great location, superb staff support when I had issues with the gated car park They were kind enough to let me have an extra hour in the car park as I was working in Halifax until midday and check out was 11am

Some tired bits but I flagged on check in , but definitely not enough to not rebook. Was absolutely what I needed for my work. £100 damage waiver has been removed from my bank despite it being authorised as a £0 payment. I now have 7-10 business days to wait for this back.

The property was excellent, the facilities were clean and tidy and check in was so easy! The parking facilities were great and super secure as well which is a bonus!

Nothing it was great

After we managed to correctly enter all codes ( there are several ones for carpark, door....) it was a very pleasant stay.

Secure parking. Location to Piece Hall. Fan in the bedroom. Comfy beds. kitchen amenities Check up messages from the owner. suitable stay for one night.

Property tired and in need of freshening up. Two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Ventilation a problem. A lot of flies when we arrived. The velux window was incredibly hard to open even with the latch pole which was not long enough to reach the window if you are not tall enough. When we finally opened alot of dust fell down. The window near the dining table behind the newer PVC window looked dangerous letting insufficient ventilation through. Only one of the windows opened and the older window was cracked with a crumbled wooden frame. Couldn't get any TV channels. Only Youtube. It kept saying there was no cable? Although beds comfy and a fan we couldn't open the windows at the top of the high wall. The electrics to open these and lower the blinds did not work. This meant that the room heated up very quickly and let early daylight in. Clean bathroom but shower temperature kept swopping between hot and cold.
