The space and location.
I think the outside building was not great but inside the apartment was all ok. It was pretty noisy but understandable with the location.

The location of the property was very central with excellent views. Everything was located close to the property including all the main shops, many cafes and bars, Halifax Minster, The Piece Hall, Bus Station and Railway Station.
Scaffolding surrounding the building was a slight negative. The building was having a facelift with some internal work as well but that also meant there was assistance on hand when required.

It was central and within walking distance to most places
The fact that someone broke the main door setting off a alarm for 45 minutes at a little after midnight! I called to make them aware and was completely dismissed.
That I still haven’t received my security deposit back! It being over priced for what it was and that the fridge is in a separate location from the kitchen. Peeling wallpaper, a toilet that doesn’t flush properly water coming out of the bottom of the shower. Tape still around the door from painting. Yellowing tiles from obvious smoking half decorated bedroom.
