Lovely apartment in the middle of Halifax. Superb communication from the owners. Clear instructions. Secure parking.

The location, the car parking, the clean bathroom and nice beds

The sofa needs a decent going over with the vacuum cleaner as does the carpet underneath the sofa

Good location for where we were visiting, layout and features of the apartment were as shown in the pictures. Very clear and detailed instructions for access to car park and apartment, and when I called for assistance they answered first time. The apartment was a perfect size for solo travellers or couples. It was a great base to park and change before an event in town, and as it's in the town centre we could walk to and from where going. We didn't make use of the kitchen or shower as we weren't there long enough but they seemed in good condition.

Apartment came with very specific instructions for which bays to park in (I had booked this apartment specifically for the parking) however the spaces were taken on arrival and required a call which ended with being told to park in a different space allocated, and then asked to move my car once the correct space was vacant (it did not become vacant during our stay). Entire apartment building had a distinctly musty aroma on arrival, and the apartment building itself smelled foisty and all the carpets felt slightly damp, like they'd been wet-vacuumed but not dried properly. It's wasn't an overpowering smell, just noticeable enough to remark on.
