Beautiful apartment with excellent location! The staff made the effort to message and ask if everything was ok which I thought was lovely :) they were also very fast at responding to questions / queries,
The apartment was perfect! and excellent value for money we would definetely stay again! :) Only thing we would change is there were no cups!! so we couldn’t make a cup of tea, however I did message the staff about this and they got straight back to me and said they should have been there, as there were tea and coffee making facilities, so I think this was maybe just an error, other than this amazing stay thank you :)

Central. It was clean and comfortable.
With being central there was some outside noise from revellers but it stopped not long after midnight.

Location for great - very central. Everything supplied including hairdryer, shower gel, handwash, washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge etc. Very easy access instructions. Felt secure. Very good interior glazing which meant sound was minimal. Very good heating.
Wallpaper in bedroom was falling off the walls. Temperature control on shower did not seem to work -either too hot or stone cold.

Location was great and perfect for what we needed
2/3 of the rooms we booked were fine and parking which was a bonus (secure as well)
1 of the rooms we had stunk of smoke, had a kettle that was vile and unusable, a broken shower (good job we booked 3 apartments) and because they had to have the window open because of the smell got no sleep as this apartment is in the town centre and on Fri night the taxi rank is next door so everyone screaming until 5am 😩
