Location was great for what we wanted to see, and we managed the accommodation as best as we could.

Location great for Beaches of Normandy visits. Appreciated the parking space. Appreciated the kindness of the owners on sight, a young busy family. It was a quiet spot for the most part. Liked having the oven in the kitchen. We spent a week in this accommodation.

We booked several months before with webpage showing sheets and towels are included. Paid charges a week before. The day before we arrive we are told sheets and towels are an extra charge of 40 euros, with no change shown on webpage. Sheets were provided, but we had to make the bed after a very long travel day! We were given no chance to make alternate arrangements before free cancellation date. Feels abusive. Sliding bathroom door a battle to open and close. Kitchen kettle needs to be cleaned of mineral deposits so it can be used. Can’t make tea in a coffee maker! Would water filters on taps solve this problem? Frustrating communications with 3rd part concierge at start of visit. Needs a welcome guide to provide basic info such as WIFI use, TV system operation, where the amenities advertised are on the property, ensuring they are in good order. There needs to be a comfortable place to sit in the evening. Bed has soft pillows and wooden headboard…not comfortable. Small suite with no room for non-functioning furniture. Suggest the dresser be replaced with 2 comfortable chairs or 2 seat couch.

A little cold at night and windows all the way across, very charming, but could maybe use some blinds or shutters on the ones by the toilet and bed for privacy

Durante il nostro soggiorno, l’appartamento è stato gestito da una concierge: i proprietari erano momentaneamente assenti. Questa organizzazione ha purtroppo comportato diversi problemi. - Comunicazione scarsa: la concierge avrebbe dovuto accoglierci entro l'orario di check-in ma, un’ora prima dell’arrivo, ci ha informati con un messaggio che l’appartamento sarebbe stato lasciato aperto senza alcuna accoglienza - il giorno del nostro arrivo ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 40 euro per la biancheria, tariffa che riguarda solo Airbnb e che non era indicata per la nostra prenotazione su Booking - Il letto non era pronto all’arrivo; abbiamo dovuto farlo noi stessi e abbiamo trovato macchie che sembravano del sangue sulla copertura del materasso - Pulizia insufficiente, con ragnatele sul soffitto e altri segni di trascuratezza - Sono stati forniti soltanto due asciugamani medi e uno piccolo per due persone - La password del WiFi non è stata data all’arrivo, ma solo dopo nostra richiesta il giorno seguente - L’area esterna era trascurata e non utilizzabile senza essere sistemato da parte nostra - Ci è stato chiesto di passare l’aspirapolvere prima di lasciare l’appartamento, nonostante la scarsa pulizia iniziale - Ci è stato richiesto di lasciare l’appartamento entro le 10:00, mentre nella nostra prenotazione era scritto chiaramente il check-out alle 11:00

Très bon rapport qualité prix et très bien situé.

La localisation, l’indépendance des hôtes et la correspondance avec les photos.

Juste un petit quiproquo. Nous avons appelé 40 mn avant notre arrivée à la conciergerie. Celle ci nous appris qu’il n’y Avait pas de drap et serviette alors que Sur le site il est bien stipulé que tout est fournis. Tout c’est bien terminé car il y avait tout à notre arrivée. Apporté votre attention aux toiles d’araignée !
