Το διαμέρισμα εσωτερικά ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Επίσης, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικός, πολύ ευγενικός, εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος να συνεργαστεί.
Η εξωτερική εικόνα της πολυκατοικίας και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι (σκάλες) ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση και αρκετά λερωμένοι. Η πόρτα εισόδου του διαμερίσματος ήταν πολύ παλιά και δυστυχώς βρήκαμε μια κατσαρίδα στο μπάνιο. Επίσης, το κρεβάτι χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε αλλαγή ή επιδιόρθωση, καθώς ακούγονταν έντονα οι σούστες του και δεν ήταν άνετο για ύπνο.

Well-equipped apartment. It had all the kitchen appliances, a big TV, stable and fast WiFi. The host was welcoming and provided very thorough instructions on how to get to the apartments and about the neighborhood.
The kitchen and the bathroom were infested with cockroaches. It was DISGUSTING!!!
