Family Paradise- luxury combined with home comfort

Great and very comfortable apartment with pool view, well equipped - great for 2+2 family! The pool area is clean and very nice for relaxing and swimming. The apartment complex is in general very quiet, perfect for a stay with kids. Car parking lot is available and there is enough space for all. The Venus beach is relatively close - approx 10-15min walk. Despite its not the best beach to spend time on, there is a great promenade few km long just by the coast which you can use for just walking (can take you directly to the port and all city attractions) or running sessions early morning :). The location and area is on the outskirts of the city which may be a big plus or minus depends on what you are looking for. its not a "party" place. Very good, friendly and responsive local contact and the owner - we felt fully supported :).

The neighbourhood is not the best I've seen - few construction sites here and there. I assume in 1-2 years it will improve once they finish some new buildings. The beach nearby is Venus beach which is kind of standard hotel beach - not the cleanest one, nothing special. There are much better places in Cyprus to visit but rental car is a must.

Apartament bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Bardzo cicha i bezpieczna okolica. Przepiękne obejście - ogród i basen. W obrębie 15 minut znajduje się przystanek, sklepy i najładniejsza plaża. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy. Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistwgo klimatu obiektu - jest lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Będziemy wszystkim polecać!

Nice and comfy apartment, enough space for 7 people (4 beds for 6 + 1 extra bed). Clean apartment, good and quiet neighbourhood, no problems with parking, close to sea, grill in backyard. Tea, sugar, spices, shower gel and shampoo provided. Possible to visit city centre by foot. Equipped with heating and A/C. Good and easy communication. Keys are in key box, which is comfy for late arrival.

A little bit hard to find on arrival. It was warmer on first floor than on second floor (we used heating on both).

Good location!

Very dirty apartments, superficial cleaning, everywhere dust and hair on the floor. The furniture inside and outside has not been washed for a long time, everything is dirty and dusty. Immediately after checking in, we had to dust the whole house ourselves, there were food crumbs and dust on the table in the living room and kitchen. The furniture is very old and looks bad. We also had to wash the street furniture ourselves in order to dine at the table and sit on the chairs. It can be seen that the apartment was not ready for occupancy. We travel a lot and this is the first time we see such a dirty apartment. The plumbing is very dirty, the toilets have not been washed for a long time. It is very strange why such a high rating on booking, only because of the high rating and they took them. A lot of superfluous things lie in the closets and rooms, which was why there was no opportunity to decompose their personal things.
