Our check-in went perfectly. The owner met us in person — friendly and open, explained everything in detail, and handed over the keys without any unnecessary fuss. It was clear that he genuinely cared about his guests’ comfort. A separate advantage was the private parking space in the garage. It made our stay much more convenient and eliminated any concerns about parking. The apartment is fully equipped — even better than expected. You can see that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The large TV became our evening cinema. The kitchen is modern and well-designed, making cooking truly comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine were a particularly welcome bonus that significantly enhanced the overall experience. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, and the bedroom features a high-quality mattress that allows you to truly rest. We stayed in February and barely used the air conditioner — the apartment was warm, dry, and cozy. Another highlight is the spacious terrace with views of the sea and mountains. Fresh air, silence, and open space — an ideal setting for morning coffee or a peaceful evening. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, and high-quality. The building itself is a new residential complex with a modern and convenient elevator. We are sincerely grateful to the owner: there were no guests after us, and he allowed us to check out later, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our time in Montenegro a little longer.

New and beautiful apartment in the new building. Very quiet place and very comfortable big bed. I love it. Spacious place for the car in garage. Contact with friendly English speaking owner was excellent, thanks for helping finding your place! We spend there 6 really good days. Location was better than Google is showing (there is a shortcut thru bridge) so around 10 min from the beach. Becici was nicer city then Budva, but it was a walking distance from each other. The apartment was on the hill what I has known before coz I checked on Google. Way back going up was little tiring but I found it as a good cardio:) it's possible to get by car to the beach but we haven't see no point of doing this. Little shop close to the place.

I would add at least one more bowl in the kitchen, coz I need to use a cup to eat my porridge :D but it is a small detail. I like everything.
