We really loved this place. The hosts are incredibly attentive, caring, and helpful people. They were always ready to help with any question, and thanks to them we have very warm memories of our stay. The guest house itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It felt as if we were almost the only guests there — everything was so calm, cosy, and comfortable. The room was very pleasant and well equipped. It had absolutely everything we needed: a large wardrobe, a huge comfortable bed, a hairdryer, an iron, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a small kitchen area with all the necessary dishes, an electric kettle, and a two-ring electric hob. The bathroom was clean and convenient, with a shower, boiler, toilet, and sink. We would especially like to mention the balcony — it had a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. This was one of the most enjoyable parts of our stay. The beach and the bus stop are only about a 5-minute walk away. There are also small local grocery shops nearby, which is very convenient. The room was cleaned regularly, fresh towels and bedding were always provided, and overall it was always very clean and cosy. Next time, we will definitely stay at this guest house again. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming holiday.

The hosts were kind and responsive, everything you could ask for. I was privileged when they made me some home made pastries! I was very touched. The rooms have everything you could need for a self contained stay. It had a kitchenette, a balcony, an en suite, a big double bed and a storage unit that was large. The kitchenette had some pots and pans. The house keeping service was brilliant, I was actually working remotely the entire time and the wifi was excellent, and they worked around my working schedule. The WiFi speed was 100mbps which is MORE than enough to host work calls, stream Netflix etc. I worked without interruption; it might even be better than my wifi at home haha! The walk to the beach is close, there are some super markets nearby, and the local delivery service (glovo) worked well. Coming and going from the apartment was super easy, it felt safe and I was a solo traveller. I honestly cannot fault this stay, I am lucky I found it! I have had a wonderful 3 weeks and would recommend to friends. Beicici is a great beach, with lots of locals and some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen, a short 6 min walk away. (The apartment is up quite a steep hill so get your cardio practice in!! But it’s manageable). The hosts helped me organise taxis to and from the airport, and respond super quickly via the messaging service. This is a fantastic location to explore budva, Sveti Stefan & Kotor (a 30 mins taxi). All a short ten min taxi away, or walkable. I walked to budva a few times a week; it took 35 mins at a good pace, 50 mins if you meander a little. I have no complaints. For a “3 star” stay, this is outstanding value for money. Hopefully this review will be helpful! Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such a cute little studio.

Not expected, and the stay was wonderful, but small coffee machine would have been FANTASTIC!

Отдых в Будве понравился: чистое море, уютный Старый город, вкусная еда. Но есть один минус – неудобно подниматься до жилья с пляжа, особенно в жару. Если у вас апартаменты на возвышенности, учитывайте это при бронировании. В остальном – отлично
