A wonderful seaside escape with a beautiful pool and perfect atmosphere!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near the sea was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The swimming pool was a perfect bonus, clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing after the beach.

Overall good, we were only bothered by the extra charge for the parking.

Good location, relaxing by the pool is enjoyable, the host is friendly.

Every additional service is charged extra (even an extra roll of toilet paper, a towel, etc.). I find it unacceptable that daily parking (€10) on their private parking spaces is charged, even though it was already mentioned in the apartment description.

Lovely small hotel with personal touch

A nice and cozy little hotel, perfect for families. They share an online page with very helpful information, including how to reach nearby sights by bus or taxi which we used and appreciated. The stay was very comfortable, and the manager, Ilya, was friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Everything was fine overall. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located on a hill, so if you have health issues or don’t have a car, walking up on foot could be a bit challenging.

Beautiful in Budva

We loved everything about the property - it was extremely clean and nicely laid out. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to and from beach. Bus stop and supermarket within easy walking distance too. The pool is lovely to cool down in after a day out at the beach.

Great value for money, good location, very nice staff.

I really appreciated the staff, who was really helpful, as well as the location of the building. The pool was a nice addition, although it was too cole to use it, it was a nice area to relax :)

The only thing I would change was the fact that we got 2 toilet paper rolls for the first 4 days and then 1 more afterwards. It would be useful to have some more at the facility :)

We had a great view of the sea. The staff were excellent and the studio apartment was very clean and nicely set up

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the tv .Way too small .They need to double the size of the tv . I had a bigger tv in my caravan and when sitting on the bed you strain your eyes to see the wording

Peaceful vacation

Quiet area close to the sea, all necessary shops and cafes nearby. The room is clean. All necessary things for living are in the room. Good sound insulation

The road from the beach goes uphill, but this is almost everywhere in Montenegro, so it is not a big problem

A cozy and pleasant stay despite the rainy weather

Stayed for 4 days in March in a room overlooking the pool. The weather was rainy the whole time, but the stay was still great. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly. Would love to come back in better weather...

Great stay, but a couple of small things – the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the rain made the outdoor areas less enjoyable. Nothing major)

It is close to the beach. Markets and restaurants in close range.

Bathroom was very smelly. They only give you one toilet paper and when it is finished you ask for it but they would refuse. Kitchen gadgets wasn't enough.

Great place to stay

Everything was great. It’s very clean. Good location. The hosts are very nice and friendly. You have a convenient store right by the property. It’s really nice as they have all you need for some small stuff. Couple restaurants are 5 min walk. So it’s very good! Rooms are very good size. I had a room with a view - so it was wonderful.

Attentive and friendly staff, high service

I took a transfer from the airport to Budva, and back to the airport. The owner Alexander met me, brought me, told me everything, showed me where to go to eat, which restaurants are good, then I took a bicycle and went to St. Stephen. I highly recommend it!! It was like home! 🇺🇦

Nice Apartment & Bad Experience

the market is nearby where you can buy the things for cooking in your room. The room is quite big and meets all you need like kitchen , nice balcony, AC and comfortable bed. Apartment has a small swimming pool which is a good option if you are lazy to walk down to the sea

When we’re doing our check-in , we wanted to pay with credit card but the host didn’t accept and said they don’t know when the money will be transferred therefore they accept only cash. Since we wanted to do laundry, we asked if the hotel has such a service and the answer we got was surprising. Per piece 1€ ! After we said no, he changed his mind and tried to help…never a trustworthy host

they are asking for 50 euros deposit and they give us this money back when we left but nowhere is specified that, only when you arrive at reception and is no possibility to pay with card. No proof that the city taxis where paid.

Friendly relaxing apartments

The pool apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the pool yard was a welcome refuge from the bustle of Budva when we needed it. Sasha was very welcoming and helpful at all times, and we are really grateful for them accomodating us. It has a really friendly family atmosphere.

The beach is close. Quiet neighborhood, sea view is lovely. Small shop is front of the building. Apartment size is perfect for two people, well-equipped. Pool looks good, but we havent used. Receptionist was available if we had any questions.

Parking is difficult. If you dont have luck you should always be available to change parking place. Cleanliness could have been better. There was mostly a sewer smell in the bathroom... Fridge freezer part was very small. Beach close, everything else is away. There is not much to see in Budva, everywhere is hotels. To reach other cities you should calculate with the traffic.

Very pleasant stay

We were very pleased with our stay and experience. The apartment was exceptional - very stylish and all looked and worked well. Hosts and staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi worked very well in all places on the location. The swimming pool area was very good and clean. Not long walk to the Becici beach but even better to take a early drive to the amazing Sveti Stefan beach and take the morning swim there.

Pretty good wifi connection in the room. Big balcony. AC available all the time. Warm water available all the time. Completely equipped with all necessary things for two persons.

Garage is so tiny. The apartment is on the slope and you have to make an effort to reach it. On the other hand, there is a small shop next to the apartment and you can buy there many things.
