Peut-être l'exigüité des "sas" sécurisés pour l'entrée dans l'immeuble. Un petit coup de rénovation de cette entrée serait bienvenue...mais cela ne dépend pas de la seule volonté de notre hôte....!!

It was clean and spacious. There’s a really nice coffee shop right at the bottom of the building that also serves snacks.

There was only one large towel and one hand towel. We had to use the same towels for three days. There was no face towel. We tried to dry our faces with the towel we used to dry our hands, and our hair with the towel we used to dry our bodies. The apartment’s location is quite far from tourist areas; it seems close, but walking there was very difficult because of all the hills. However, it’s situated somewhere between the local area and Old Town. It depends on your preference. I also didn’t find the area around the apartment very safe. The inside of the apartment is spacious, but there isn’t much room to store clothes. The bed is also a bit small. But since we stayed for only three nights, it wasn’t much of a problem.

Great location, round the corner from bus stops for Montmorency Falls, 10 minute walk from Gare de Palais, 15-20 minute walk from old town, comfortable bed, very clean, exceptional kitchen area with everything you could need, supermarket 5 minutes away, we really enjoyed living there, thank you.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and had every thing required for the stay. Was a good location for us ( 15 min walk to train station) and bit further to the city area.

Not much sound proofing from floor above, and also outside - lots of loud people outside till 4am over the weekend.
