Absolute Nightmare

I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone

Everything about this accommodation was a nightmare I arrived very late evening in the pouring rain to no one in the office, my driver knocked on doors to find someone to help. Directed to a room with music blearing and a drunk guy came out..said his friend ran the place , he finelly turned up drunk also and said that all rooms were booked out .and that I had already checked in. They tried to quickly to clean the room of the guy we woke.. Room was filthy, main door would not lock,linen was disgusting, bathroom was filthy and water was constantly spraying over the toilet. There was also no hot water. I had booked for 2 nights, I found alternate accommodation and walked out the next morning.

Everything was very dirty. My sheets were obviously stained from use. The pillows smelled awful. The blanket was dirty. Hair everywhere. The bathroom had urine from the person who stayed before me. The power outlets didn’t work. The refrigerator was disgustingly dirty. On top of that, the TV didn’t work. The bathroom overall was absolutely filthy — from the mirror, toilet, shower, to the walls, everything was very dirty. The common areas were no better, and the balcony still had cigarette butts from the previous guest. As a backpacker I am usually quite tolerant, but I couldn’t even stay one night there. The breakfast had no variety.

Was here for 5 minutes before walking elsewhere to book and stay. Cigarette burns and blood on the pillow. Open and finished drinks in the fridge. Doona was dirty with stains. Bathroom was filthy and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned In weeks. Service was poor. The room looked like it hadn't been reset after the previous customer.

Absolutely nothing

Rude receptionist. Looks absolutely nothing like the photos. NOTHING. I paid for 2 rooms, they tried to make us stay in 1! 2 adults and 2 kids in one disgusting bed. No toilet paper, expected us to use the hose. 1 towel. Door wouldn’t even shut or slide. So our stuff wasn’t safe to leave. Place is disgusting

It was a very bad experience but it didn’t match the write up..

Firstly I make a booking last week. When I was ready to check in at 2 pm your staffs I formed the Air con is leaking so they need to fix it only can check in at 8 pm.. I informed your staffs I wanted a refund they mentioned I must went thru this App for refund . I didn’t even stay I have to book a hotel to stay for 2 days.So can I be refund if not social media is very powerful once I ask my children to blasts it I think you guys should know the consequences ..

There was cat all over the carpark , everything is below par.

Aircondition virkede nogenlunde.

Beskidt rum. Jeg var nødt til at bede om et nyt lagen, fordi det var så plettet og beskidt. Under lagenet var topmadrassen helt gul af gammel sved. Der er ingen udluftning på badeværelset og der lugter af svamp.. Jeg overnattede kun en dag, selvom jeg havde booket 2 overnatninger.

Das Haus selbst war sehr schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und zentrumsnah

Die Zimmer im Prinzip ausreichend geräumig Bad ok - allerdings ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem sodass Wände Schimmel befallen und die Wandfarbe abfällt - des weiteren befiel der Schimmel auch Koffer, Taschen und Schuhe ! - Die Position des Schrankes unüberlegt da man über das Bett steigen musste um den Schrank zu erreichen und musst vor dem Einräumen erstmal komplett selbst gereinigt werden ! Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur nach Verlangen ! Die Bettwäsche ebenso u dieses konnte schon mal mehr als 1-2 Wochen dauern ! Bei meiner Abreise konnte ich feststellen, dass der Boden meines Zimmers oberflächlich gewischt und das Bett für die kommenden Gäste gemacht wurde ohne, dass die von mir benutzte und schmutzige Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde ! das hat mich letztendlich vollends geschockt !!! Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal sehr schwer, da absolut keine Englischkenntnisse !

Este alojamiento es una ESTAFA. 1. En booking se indicaba la posibilidad de realizar el check -in anticipadamente (desde las 12pm). Avisamos al alojamiento que llegaríamos a las 13pm, una vez allí nos informaron de que teníamos que abonar una cantidad de dinero si queríamos acceder a la habitación antes de las 14pm (hora del check-in habitual). 2. La habitación se nos entregó sin haberla limpiado: había restos de cigarros detrás de la cama, el baño despredía un olor asqueroso, el cual se debía a que estaba lleno de moho el suelo, las paredes y el wc. Además, en el baño había restos orgánicos en el suelo, los cuales estaban llenos de hormigas. 3.La nevera estaba llena de moho. 4. Las toallas que nos facilitaron no parecían haberse lavado, por lo que tampoco pudimos hacer uso de ellas. 5. No había ningún artículo de aseo en el baño, no cumpliendo con lo que se señala en booking. 6. El desayuno es una estafa. Se trata de una bandeja, la cual no puedes elegir su contenido, con un trozo de melón de 1cm, arroz blanco (apto para enfermos) y una alita de pollo (informamos que eramos vegetarianos pero nos siguieron dando el mismo contenido con carne). Además, no te dan ningún líquido en cada "desayuno" (café, té, zumo, agua...). Únicamente había en la habitación 3 botellines de agua al hacer el check-in. 7. Sólo había un pequeño basurero, fuera de la habitación, nunca se vació durante los 5 días que nos alojamos, estaba lleno y no les importó que se acumulara la basura hasta que nos fuimos. 8. En la cama había pelos, los cuales claramente no eran nuestros.
