le calme, la localisation en plein centre
l'appellation poétique mais frauduleuse du logis!: "à l'orée de l'eau: - appellation impropre car l'orée se rapporte aux bois et forêts (bordure d'un bois ou d'une forêt) - ... et trompeuse car le logement (comme 95% de ceux de Cloyes) n'est pas du tout au bord du Loir ou de quelque autre moindre cours d'eau que ce soit
