Large, secluded house on the water

At the end of a long driveway lined with linden trees, you will discover a charming property, detached from all neighbors, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet offered by this region less than two hours from Paris. This fully renovated old house, right on the water's edge, will provide a true change of scenery and an almost total connection with nature thanks to its river and its immense park where you might sometimes spot deer and pheasants. This accommodation comprises: - A large living room divided in two by a raised platform. On the latter, you can enjoy a pool table overlooking the living room, which features a huge 16th-century fireplace surrounded by three large sofas (firewood will be provided). There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The 10 beds are distributed among four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one four-bed bedroom (one double bed and two single beds). A ping-pong table and a barbecue, as well as games such as Molkky and pétanque, are also available. For musical enthusiasts, a piano and speakers complete this property. Nearby train stations: - Châteaudun (15 minutes) - Vendôme (30 minutes) Taxis are available at both stations, but reservations are recommended. A large Intermarché supermarket is 3 minutes from the house, and all shops (pharmacy, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, etc.) are 5 minutes away in Cloyes-sur-le-Loire. A go-kart track is 15 minutes away and a clay pigeon shooting range is 25 minutes away.
