This independent country house that can accommodate up to 15 people is ideal for a weekend with family, a reunion with friends or a few days in peace and quiet and surrounded by nature.
The house offers a simple atmosphere, Warm and friendly, designed to make the most of moments together: large living room, large dining table, fireplace, wood stove and two equipped kitchens.

* Bedroom 2: 3 single beds + 1 double bed on the mezzanine 140 × 200 + baby bed
* Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160 × 200 + 2 single beds

The cottage also has 3 bathrooms/shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 of which are independent.
Outside, you can enjoy a large plot of land in the middle of nature, with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor games. Petanque, Mölkky and badminton are available.
Many paths allow you to discover the Perche on foot or by bike. Nearby: Frazé castle, Domaine de l'Abbaye de Thiron-Gardais, Brou leisure centre and typical villages of the Perche.
La Pihourdière is located in La Croix-du-Perche, about 8 minutes from the motorway exit and only 2 km from the Ferme du Coudray, reception and wedding venue.
