Casa El Pajar 3

Durante nuestros días en la casa disfrutamos de un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. La casa está cuidada con detalle, impecable y bien equipada, lo que permite relajarse desde el primer momento. La ubicación en El Pinar es ideal para desconectar y, al mismo tiempo, tener rutas y lugares de interés muy cerca. En conjunto, un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de El Hierro y al que sin duda volveríamos.

Bueno a ser zona de campo había hormigas pero se solucionaba con insecticida

El Pajar 3 superó todas mis expectativas. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable, la zona muy tranquila, con vistas preciosas y un ambiente relajado que invita a desconectar. El alojamiento está muy bien cuidado, limpio, acogedor y con todos los detalles pensados para que te sientas como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado un imprescindible en estos dias de tanto calor. El trato de Ana la anfitriona, muy cercana, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Me encantó cada momento de mi estancia, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda a quienes busquen paz, naturaleza y hospitalidad auténtica. ¡Sin duda volveré!

Difícil encontrar algo negativo, todo fue maravilloso, lo peor el tener q marcharme.

It is a calm area, the house is clean and well-equipped, and the host was helpful at first, making a lot of recommendations for things to see on the island.

I was quite scared since it is quite remote and I was travelling solo. There is a road right next to the bedroom window, meaning everyone can look inside, which made me uncomfortable. The main issues I had, for which I gave a lower rating, are: 1) ants, many ants in the kitchen - all over the table; I couldn't even leave food out for 2min as it was covered in ants... I understand it is a rural home, but still, the ants were everywhere, all over the food, which was very uncomfortable. 2) The cleaning lady upon my departure was INCREDIBLY RUDE, shouted at me, and she and her son blocked my access as i tried to leave to intimidate me. I have knee surgery, and they blocked the taxi from coming to the house to help me with my luggage. I told them I have surgery, and she shouted at me that it's not her problem. I had to go, ask the driver to walk and he carried my heavy luggage, all because the cleaning lady and her son blocked access to the house. It was a very weird situation. I felt scared for a moment, and the lack of empathy towards someone with a medical need was INHUMAN and UNACCEPTABLE. 3) I had an issue with my travel back, and the first moment upon checking in, I have informed the owner that I need to leave 1 day sooner, but she REFUSED to give me the money for my last night. Again, this shows little empathy towards guests, especially in a situation out of my hands.
