Location of the apartment is close to Furio Camillo Metro station. Nice surrounds near a park. Restaurants and Carrefour express next door! Perfect!

For me, personally, Luca deserves 10/10 for being such a nice host, very attentive, and he helped us with all the information we needed. He recommended restaurants and a shop when I asked. He is the best. 👌🏼 The bed was very good, and we slept well in it. There is a big TV if you want to relax watching something or listening to music.🎶 The location is well-placed; there is a bus station near the apartment building, and you can get to the city center pretty fast. A good plus is that we had coffee, tea and pots and pans if we needed to make breakfast or cook something fast. 🍳 Also, the tap water in Rome is very good so you don't have to buy water from the store. ☺️

Personally, I have to give an evaluation based on the apartment and our stay here and not on the person who manages it, so unfortunately, we weren't very satisfied, and I think its score on Booking.com doesn't reflect the reality very well. It needs a renovation and some serious cleaning. When we first entered, it felt like it wasn't really clean; there was dust on the floor in the entry hallway, and there was dust on the decorations too (example: the vases at the stairs). The bathroom didn't feel clean. We found some cleaning products in the cabinet under the sink and cleaned the bathtub before showering. The shower head needs to be changed because it barely pours water. The central heating located in the bathroom needs to be repaired. Every day, we had a lot of water on the floor in front of the washing machine that came from the central heating. The LED string should be changed because it will die soon, it flickers a lot, and it's a little annoying. Also, you need to do something about the mold. There was a lot of mold in the bedroom, in the living room under the TV, and in the bathroom, and it's neither giving "clean vibes" nor is it healthy for the people staying there. A big minus is regarding the climate. The apartment was really cold, and I got home with a cold because even if the thermostat was set to 25 degrees, the apartment never reached that temperature. This is because the thermostat is placed above a radiator, so it senses the heat from the radiator and stops. I think it wasn't more than 20 degrees in the apartment (and you can't change anything on the thermostat because it's locked in a box). To the people that will book this apartment I advise you to be wise and bring some slippers with you 😅 Overall, I think a score of 7 reflects the reality—not very good, not very bad. If there will be changes regarding the mold and temperature, I will be happy to stay here again.🥰

The host was incredibly helpful and totally available for every question we had, even when we arrived later than the check-in hour. The location was great, near a bus stop and the metro station was also pretty close and near a mall. There were restaurants, coffee shops and even a supermarket really close to it which was ideal. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed to spend a few days there.

Despite it being overall clean and fresh, the dishes were a bit dirty, as we had to wash them again before using them. The upper floor ceiling is quite small so be careful to not hit the head.
